Works perfect. Easy to sign in.

Havent encountered any issue using the app with VoiceOver. There doesn’t seem to be a way of changing font size or colour settings. Some bizarre typos, just like on the website. There doesn’t seem to be much app development or responsiveness, but it’s functional enough so far!

Barna should put this app in their own recycling bin, it’s as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. Nothing works. No calendar, no lift history and no alerts. Not surprising really coming from a company that gives lame weather excuses for not collect the bins. Too wet, too cold, too cloudy, leaves on the road, scary rainbow in the sky etc etc. They don’t need much of a reason to not come.

Why fix something that’s not broken? This new update is crap I can’t access my account I have an iPhone so it updates itself so uninstalled it & then downloaded it again still not working right put it back to the way it was😡😡

Forgot password link doesn’t work

I have tried and tried to Log In to this app since it was first introduced. I have called Barna Waste office twice about it, but to no avail. I was heartened to receive the recent information about this ‘new and improved’ app. BUT AGAIN it WON’T accept my account and PIN number. This is SO frustrating, as I would very much value having all this information available on my iPhone. I WISH Customer Support could rectify this situation for me. I am NOT IMPRESSED!

Doesn’t work on my iPhone or the iPad

Keeps crashing paraphrasing error

App will let me as far as log in from time to time but then crashes, most of the time it won’t even open the app to get this far. Pretty disappointing as it would be so handy!
