The food is never ready on time when ordering ahead using the app. You might as well just turn up and order. It is completely pointless. Ordered across every night of the week, at different times of the evening and not once had my order been ready to collect when the app says it will be. In my experience you can’t even give them a grace period - it only gets cooked when you are physically in the shop. Totally pointless having the app.
