Barracudas Activity Day Camps

Once again it seems the app is back to crashing when trying to access the timetable….so very very disappointing

Having registered on the main website, the app didn’t even recognise my email address when trying to log in, so I haven’t even been able to fully assess the app. When I contacted their support team for help, I basically got fobbed off.

I only downloaded this app to get the QR required to pick up my children. Can this QR code please be made available on the Barracuda’s website. I don’t want to download yet another app when a website would do perfectly fine.

We love Barracudas camp but this app is terrible.

My child is coming somewhere completely new and I was hoping that the app would give me an insight into their day, maybe some photos etc, it literally does nothing useful, I can’t even access a timetable - when you try to do anything it crashes which is so incredibly frustrating! I am not sure why I was encouraged to download this???

Never usually review apps, but this one is awful. Functionality is non existent and the main reason for having it is to see the timetables, which almost never happens. Please fix!

Obviously issues been reported previously but cannot access a timetable. Really frustrating when booking on as my son was really excited to do certain activities & obviously as there is no up to date timetable I booked him on the days they wasn’t doing the things he really wanted to. For the price you pay you really should invest in a better app.

Useless-crashes and closes every time you try to open the daily timetable, which was the only reason we got it. Seems to have been a problem since the spring but not fixed. Don’t bother!

As everyone else has said, useless app, the only reason to download is to access the timetable but it crashes every time. So now stuck not knowing what my 5 year old will be doing all day. Not impressed.
