Worst App ever
The least user-friendly app ever. Hard to navigate…. International should be accessible on the normal app.
won’t let me book classes
What else is there to say? Unfortunately frustrating app and little hope it will be fixed :(
Horrible app
Hasn’t worked for months . Reinstalled many times . Considering leaving Barry’s over this as other fitness studios just make things easier. Fix your app!
It wont show me other than Dubai
I live in qatar and it showed me all the options for a few days and now it only shows me Dubai locations... doesn’t make sense and such a bad quality app.
Basic functions - needs to catch up to US version
Really disappointing how basic and non intuitive the internationals version is. It functions like a moweb design. I split my time in the US and use the US version and it’s miles ahead of this. Barrys engineers and product teams - please get this up to par as the US or even combine both into one app !!
Help? Fix this?
I downloaded the app so I can book my classes in advance but it is not letting me select that I live anywhere in the USA as my home destination so I can’t finish signing up to open the app. There must be some kind of glitch. Either way, please fix this so I can use the app.
