I got off my flight in San Francisco with no warning whatsoever. I had to disembark in the Daly city from there I’m 81 years old. Had to try to maneuver my luggage finally got on the bus which I had to have help with getting on the bus, then it turns out when I got to 24th St., in San Francisco. It was full homeless. There was no way to get down into Bart. I had to cross two streets and get into an elevator that someone had just urinated in. Is that what I pay taxes for to get on a BART train at the airport with homeless people sleeping in it, and then to boot to get transferred and have to get an elevator like I did it was just extremely unpleasant

A Mess
My wife and I flew into Oakland and used BART. Adding the correct amount of money for simple trips is much more complicated than necessary

SCAMMERS
BART disables some pay for parking features so they ticket people who have no way to pay. This way they can makeup for low ridership, embezzling money from the app users.

I’m not sure what happened to the app but it doesn’t show any trains, schedules, or alerts. Nothing at all.

You cant pay for parking before 5, ghost trains so app is useless, greedy company slowly falling apart

It really should be a much more simple.
Disappointing
When you select a station to see its times, it resets to 12th St in Oakland if you minimize (unfocus?) the app
make the map the central interaction point
I am a user that wants to see the map (show where trains are running in real time (if its hard let me click on the station i want to see). I really dont enjoy having to scroll through lists of station names (which i sometimes forget) - i never forget where i want to go on a map. this would be that much easier/faster to navigate.
Alerts needed
Love the real time departure information! It is very accurate. It would be great to see alerts on the same screen somehow. How can we understand an issue that will impact us shortly?
