Требует обновить приложение, но не может обновить — интернет хороший. В итоге на мероприятии не могу ничего заказать

И не просто 5-7 минут, а нужно все время держать экран разблокированным. Иначе загрузка зависает и нужно начинать грузить «обновление» внутри приложения заново.
Заказ готовили больше часа
Заставили скачать приложение на стендапе , пришли в самом начале концерта. Прошло 1 час 15 минут. Еды все еще нет, 4 визита к бару не дали результатов. Поддержка чудо приложения как попугай повторяет «надо было прийти раньше». Раньше это утром? Полное дно
Очень негативно :(
Код подтверждения для приложения пришел спустя ~2 часа.

Лучше бы диплинки починили
Неописуемо плохо
Ужасное приложение, несостыковка статусов доставки-готовки, рестораны доступны на заказ, но они выходные оказывается, постоянные закрытия на тех.перерывы.

Хотелось, конечно, чтобы в коктейле был ликер Кассис, а не варенье из черной смородины. Ну тогда хотя бы варенье положили без частичек шкурок смородины. А вот брускетта из арбуза выше всяческих похвал 👍

Оставил чаевые автоматически открыв приложение. Будьте бдительны
Оплата чаевых до начала обслуживания
В приложении предлагается сразу оплатить чаевые, тогда, когда еще не понятно качество обслуживания. В нашем случае предварительная оплата не побудила персонал работать быстро и качественно
