Awful Customer service
I had an awful experience with Basata. The customer service is terrible—unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite multiple attempts to resolve an issue, I received no real assistance. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

انا كنت باستعمل الاصدار bee على اي فون منذ اكثر من سنتين و كان ممتاز و لكن للاسف اما حدثت الاصدار الجديد بساطه وجدته لا يعمل على نفس الاي فون و ساضطر الى استخدام وسائل دفع اخرى بديله لان الاصدار بساطه لا يعمل عندي
