Crypto stuck
My crypto assets are stuck because everytime i want to send it says “Error calculating network fee”. Dont use this app.
Very very high fees
To send 100usdt you need to pay 26 usdt forcfees. To trade 100usdt to radix you need to pay 190 usdt fees. Abnormal. Now i am stuck with 200usdt in the wallet or have to pay roughly 80-90% of that money for conversionscto getvit out. Rubbish.
Mr Wallet
The nightmare for every crypto holder! To withdrawal 200 usdt you have to pay 60 usd in ETH ! To convert 200 usdt to ETH you need to pay 50 usd in ETH!!! To swap 200 usdt to ang other coin you have to pay - 700 usd in ETH!!!!! Khm, excusime?!? Are you kidding me?? This app is same bad as the fees! Awful !!!!
Gimmicky trash app
Claims free sends on base but when I actually try to send it says “free sends are not available”
Problem Retrieving funds from wallet back to bank account
Beware Problem Retrieving funds back to bank account it may state Sending but it does not show up in your bank account. Its like your money is stuck in the wallet and can not come out Multiple people are having this problem

Update October 2025
Since the update, the defi area no longer shows your current holding/accumalation… you have to use you saved bookmarks to access. Probably need a quick patch to correct that.
Can’t pull off a cash out as fast as you take the money
The fact that you chose to hold onto people’s money for so long when you can pay out instantly is greed at best. Highly disappointed in this company. So freaking greedy.
