Why Can’t I change my Nickname

Why is my name stuck as player’bunchofnumbers’? The cog used to be there yet every conceivable name was supposedly taken, even gibberish names. Now the cog is no longer there so I can’t even try changing anymore. Fix please

Amazing game

The game is fantastic and highly addictive. The graphics are amazing for a mobile game. Only downside is that it glitches and crashes occasionally which can be very annoying. If that can be fixed then hallelujah
