Worst app

This is the completely worst app I have ever seen in my life it’s too difficult I couldn’t even punch in my number I couldn’t make an delivery too difficult

Address addition needs improving.

I love this app I’ve been using it since 2020, but adding an address feels slow and I can’t change the map to satellite view that shows buildings. I would also like to see apple pay on the app.

Would accept phone number

I went to sign up and asked for my phone number because it would accept area code because I’d put my first 2 numbers and would skip a space then put in 3rd number

Most places do not take a card so I have to pay cash every time

Best way to order groceries in Jordan.

I love the ability to edit orders in progress through the app. Good product and worth the price.

Makes life easier

Such great service. Makes life so much easier Since traffic is horrendous. I love all the options. Would recommend added a proper toy shop and the option of paying by a credit card at the door.

Cannot enter credit card

The screen is unable to scroll down to press submit after entering the info. Submit button is hidden by keyboard.

Bad experience

In the beginning I find it good app But now it’s very bad Why: Captain take long time in shopping ( I think they shop more then one order in the same time 2- they don’t update the product’s ( when you order 20 things you will find 5 or more not available. 3- some captains will say tha products not available even when it available ( to make it easier for them self) I highly recommend not using this app
