Solid Bass Amp
There aren’t many AUv3 bass amps in the App Store so it’s always a pleasure to try out a new one, especially for the excellent price point here. While it can be used as a standalone, I generally use it in AUM and haven’t had any issues such as drop outs or glitches. There are some rudimentary beats included, but nothing comparable to say a dedicated drum app. The compression and tonal controls seem pretty responsive. If I had one complaint, it’s that the EQ sliders are a bit finicky for finger use. It would be better if the EQ pane enlarged for more accurate settings. That probably goes for the entire UI. There’s a lot of wasted space on the skeuomorphism when generally all the controls could be larger. Other than that, I’d say this is a no brainer and go ahead and purchase it. It’s priced less than your morning coffee!
