The worst telecom provider
I have issued a postpaid sim for essential use. However, when I traveled abroad the sim was not working it shows”no service” i have then contacted them and here was the surprise!!!! They said for me to receive calls and sms i need to pay extra fee and this fee depends on my id!!! But to tell approximately when i said I have Qatari ID they said it will charge 100BD!!!. I have visited one of the branches and the customer service there told me this is happening because its like a probation period and after 3 months it will work!!! The employee felt like a robot though. Anyway its the worst experience I ever had. Ah! Three months passed and still “no service” بالعربي بوق على غير سنع
