Batmaid - Home cleaning

This is the first time I use their service and also the last time, the cleaner came 20min late, and my oven door was left in a disassembled state after the cleaner is done with the cleaning. The oven is still greasy and left with some detergent that I need to clean up, let alone I have to fix the oven door. While fixing the door, I realise someone needed to intentionally do the damaged. It just won’t happen accidentally. At the end of the day, it’s more hassle and work than I clean it myself. And it’s not cheap compared to other companies in Switzerland. CHF 50 per hour for non professional cleaning. Do not recommend this to anyone.

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to speak up this time. 3/4 cleaners are bad and non professional. Came late and leaves early. We had to redo the cleaning ourself as dirt was left very where. The good one is never available. Cancellation is not straight forward and they will try to keep charging you. You will be better off spending a bit of time at the beginning to find some one directly as cleaners are continually changing and not reliable.

Sowas von kundenunfreundlich. Sicht euch lieber was lokales, bleibt auch mehr Geld hängen.

Das App und auch die Firma ist nicht zu empfehlen wir haben schlechte erfahrungen gemacht bei Terminverschiebungen und der Abrechnung über Kreditkarte!
