Purchased full episodes pack doesn’t work at all ! That’s scam !

This game would be fantastic if things worked the way they are supposed to. I purchased the multi pack and it only let me play episodes 1-3. Now it wants me to purchase episodes I’ve already paid for. I’m so tired of apps that don’t work properly and then my purchase not qualifying for a refund.

Game’s broke

So I wanted to continue the story I enjoyed playing Batman so I downloaded and bought the season pass. Well I’m about to try my 8th day and 15th reinstall to see if you can download the episodes without timing out or thinking they haven’t been bought. Honestly the only reason I’m still trying is because I dropped $20 on this app that I have yet to be able to even play. Your support page is nearly impossible to get a ticket through and even if you do NO ONE EVER REPLIES TO U! Seriously why have a support section if you don’t support your users??? FIX THIS APP OF GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

The game lags to much and kicks me out a lot it also restart all my progress

I’m annoyed because I bought the pack for all 2-5 and now it won’t let me download any of them and I tried what it says to do on the website but it doesn’t work, good game so far just not until they fix this or give me a refund

This game was absolutely outstanding however it only gave us one free episode and the rest would have to be bought , although a great game myself and many others can’t buy the episodes and what not so having it free instead would be a dream come true , if your looking for an immersive story that’ll give you hours of fun and will intrigue you with its graphics and fight scenes while also keeping the Batman story that we all love this is the game for you .

Bought Seasonpass and it doesn’t registered as purchased even though it took money from my account. Had to uninstall and reinstall to restore purchase costing me my saved data in the process.
