Battery Charge Alarm Reviews
Bring back current measurements
Lovely app. Saved my battery. But there used to be a current measurement so I can know the strength or weakness of my charger. Recently I noticed it’s no longer there. Please, devs bring back this feature, its really helpful
Ehh Soso..
It only works once and then stopped working…
Doesn’t work!
I set the alarm to sound after it changes past 78% but it never does so. I tried it three times.
Shortcut on iOS18 not found
Unable to create shortcut on my iPhone 12 Pro. The app cannot be found. I sent an email to the developer. He read the email. No response. What’s the point of having an email if you’re not going to answer some questions or help a person out?
Can't set automation anymore
With iOS 18, the app can't set automation anymore, you can set an automation to start the app but it doesn't activate the alarm. The app doesn't come up in Shortcuts app anymore basically. Contacted the developer but no response. Maybe it's abandoned.
DOESNT WORK ANYMORE
Used to work well, app doesn’t work anymore. Alarm hasn’t gone off in over a week, phone has been 100% charged every morning the past week. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!
Trash app displays ads while charging
I don’t want to see your ads
Hit or miss with ads EVERY TIME you use it
Typically would work 80% of the time. It just randomly not alarm on the set mark % of the battery. Every single time the alarm needs to be set when plugging/charging the device. And annoying ads on top of this some ads don’t have close [X] on it so end up having to restart the whole thing only to start the same ad. Volume on ads blast sound right away which is super annoying. Will try other battery/charging alarm out there. Hopefully, they are not ad-infested like this.
Works perfectly.
This app allows me to set an alarm to sound when the battery is charging, and when it reaches a certain percentage of charge which I can choose. Originally I could choose any number I want like 79, 80 or 81, but with iOS 17 now I’m limited to multiples of 5, + 3 so my choices are 73, 78, 83, 88 etc. It still works OK for me I just use 83. you have a choice of alarm sounds, and you can adjust the alarm volume. The alarm sounds continuously, which I like, until you hit cancel or until you remove the phone from the charger. The app also shows you how many amps are going into the battery, that’s another feature that I like. This App usually works in the background while I am using other apps and charging the same time. If the app is being prevented from monitoring your battery while you’re using other apps it will notify you of that.
Decreased quality
This use to be great. I use to pay a small fee and It would run smoothly. Then they got rid of the fee and replaced them with adds which was annoying but fine. However, the last few adds I got were obvious viruses and scams so I no longer see this as a safe app to have on your phone.
