The game is great and makes a lot of fun. I have only one problem. Why do you not make the season pass available for diamonds too? A pack with 400 diamonds is 6€. Totally fine. Season pass for 6€ brings you 650 diamonds. You can implement something to purchase the season pass for diamonds so that players can gather those diamonds and still get the battle pass without spending every 2 weeks 6€. 😅
TLDR: game is constantly working against the player Not as good as you think… it was pretty good in the beginning but not anymore. Too many strange units now that hard counter a whole setup or glitch out the AI. It was comprehensible but got frustrating now. It feels like no matter what you do it doesn't change anything because there is a single unit that makes your whole setup useless. So there are no balanced or creative armies anymore just some metas that counter two other metas and get countered by two others as well. Matchup is frustrating too. Seems biased as you go from 25% to 75% win rate all the time without changing anything. The same when you adapt your setup constantly. Enemies change and you go up and down again randomly. First you are hooked and feel clever but at some point you notice it is all randomness. Then you are stuck with your mediocre shards and get stomped by metas. Progress gets slow slow slow and your win rate goes down as you have no meta units. Now you either start paying money or quit the game. The algorithm is merciless.

Ich bin Rang 1 gewesen und dort waren Leute die Truppen aus Rang 5 hatten oder diesen Eisdrache auf Level 30 ich verliere wegen diesen Leuten immer ich kann keine besseren Truppen haben außer ich gebe Geld aus
The game got off to a great start, only when you started to draw levels (1 became 10 and 10 became 100) unfortunately it became clear how only real money could get you further
