Developers refuse to help
After Twitter switched to X we were no longer able to bind via X. Some were automatically unbound. I cannot unbind the two the function button instead of unbinding takes me to X??? Now I cannot access a 7 year old account with tens of thousands of dollars of entertainment investment, finally devs respond with “ we cannot unbind the account please understand”. Yeah they can they helped me 2 years into the game when I lost the account bound to facebook. Hate to go out this way
Game crash
This game lags and crashes daily. Currently the game has been down for 3 hours with no warning. This causes huge losses for events that must be completed to get the items that we pay for every month. After issues like this there is never worthwhile compensation. Do not start this game, and there are many accounts you can buy from players leaving the game daily
