In the email I recieved “If your Google account is ever hacked or stolen, all your one-time codes — including those associated with your Binance account — could be compromised.” You are saying that your security is bigger than the Google’s what this means the app’s reviews are telling its self for your bugged app. Until there are 4.9 stars I wouldn’t even bother installing this and take my risk with google security for this very important security check. I don’t feel secured with your app even if you are stating this.
Moreover you are urging people to disable 2FAa very important security check, while there are a lot of computer geniuses who don’t understand how to do that they can block out the accounts and not able to log in if not done properly from logging into their account and disabling from there. Posses a real mess over millions of accounts and overwhelming the support later on. It’s not the right way how you explain your emails. Need a lot of instructions etc… for this real money things.
Hope my comments will do more for supporting the clients than harming your security team.
Unable to verify identity
As with the earlier comment. App doesn’t recognise it’s own QR code to verify my identity.
Doesn’t bode well for somewhere I was going to deposit real money!

I didn’t want to use other forms of identity verification, this works perfectly for me.
Binance app
Unable to complete identity verification as binance app does not recognise binance QR code ???
Update has logged me out
Logged out of my Binance and Authenticator. Says need to enter key code and when I do this , it creates gaps between letters and numbers and says I’ve entered 0s which shouldn’t be there. Can you please resolve ASAP! This should not be happening!
App updated by itself and it logged me out

Good app but update breaks it
Latest app update removed my 2FA settings so I’ve got to set it up again from scratch. Updates shouldn’t be doing this.
