Outdated Listings and Limited Employer Engagement
I found Bayt.com to be disappointing as a job search platform. Many job listings were outdated, with positions that had already been filled or removed elsewhere but still appeared on the site. The application process felt impersonal, and employer response rates were extremely low, making it seem like applications were going into a void. Additionally, the website’s interface felt clunky and outdated, making navigation frustrating. Overall, Bayt.com did not live up to expectations for an effective job search experience.
