I tried to create an account for 2 hours but it always fail in the step of receiving the OTP to verify my phone number, I always wait but the OTP was never received

I think this app has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that could really improve the experience: 1. Order Tracking: It’d be great if orders were marked as “arrived” once they’ve been delivered. Some orders are still showing as pending even after weeks, which is a bit confusing. 2. UI/Design: The interface could use a little TLC. There’s a lot going on, and the spacing, contrast, and colors could be simplified for a cleaner look. 3. Navigation: It’s not the most intuitive right now, and it takes a bit of time to figure out where everything is. A little more clarity would go a long way. 4. Notifications: The number of notifications feels a bit overwhelming at times. Maybe there’s a way to dial it back or make them more relevant? 5. Search Functionality: The search bar feels a little hidden, and it’d be awesome if it showed more results, even if they aren’t an exact match. It would help find things more easily. 6. Thumbnails: It’d be super helpful if there were thumbnails for products – it’s a small thing that would really improve the experience and save some bandwidth.

Fake offers in notification

Bad user experience specifically when I pay using bank card.

1-It is very bad that i have to pick which branch will deliver to my neighborhood. Like how would i know. There something called location or a select from the map the location and it automatically selects the branch. 2- I kept trying to complete the order but the button wasn't working. That i placed the order through the hotline as it is surprisingly less hassle than using this app

Never ever managed to complete any order and always receiving errors. Worst customer experience!!
