BAZZ Smart Home FAQ
Is BAZZ Smart Home free?
Yes, BAZZ Smart Home is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is BAZZ Smart Home legit?
⚠️ The BAZZ Smart Home app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
I bought a specialized garage door controller because it was the only one that would work well with my particular garage door. After I hooked it up, however I realize that it doesn’t hook into Apple Home or Siri.
The app is kind of clunky, and without the ability to hook into the Apple home app, I’m the only one in the house who can control the garage door :-(
Changing colors
Programming the lights for the different seasons is lacking instruction
Not happy
This app and company is terrible. I bought these lights and after upgrading my iPhone the app and lights no longer work. I have made sure the Wi-Fi is set to 2.7ghz and have even tried to pair in Bluetooth mode, nothing is working for my lights. It makes no sense that this app isn’t configured for 5.1ghz yet
Annoying
Every time the app is updated it doesn’t remember credentials and also disconnects the device,
Good lights, okay app
Love my smart lights. They work really well and look great. The app itself is okay. The basic functions are easy enough to figure out, but after that it is not very intuitive to setup when getting started. Would love to see the app fleshed out more than it is, but still recommend the product regardless.
Amazing
Light the whole front of house for 50 watts, auto on and off, different colors, remotely controlled, can even see what the outside temperature is while out of town
Does not work with Alexa
If it worked with Alexa or any other device it would have five stars
Terrible app
As usual, smart devices are anything but. Have we become so dumb as consumers that we’re left reviewing products with sentences like “these are great bulbs but It would be nice if we had the ability to control more than one light at once.”
Uh yes. That would be nice. In fact, the fact that we can’t do that already - that we have to control every bulb in a smart home separately - shows how uninterested these smart companies are in providing consumers with great products. Instead, these apps are just crappily coded gimmicks that harvest your personal data.
Intermittent failures
These light will disconnect from the network whenever the want to. You are not able to control them at all. Resetting them only works some of the time, so you have to reset your WiFi network to get them to respond. A little annoying.
Terrible BAZZ Light App
Controlling multiple lights simultaneously should not take so long. It’s incredibly difficult to simply add a new light and control them all at once. This is excruciatingly painful to operate. Would highly recommend Wiz products over BAZZ at this point.
