ひどい
シングル三部屋分をまとめて1人で支払ったのに、自分の宿泊する一部屋分のポイントしか付かないと言われた。まとめて1人での支払いはしない方がいい。
ポイントつけてくれなかった
アプリの会員証提示したのに、現地払いの時しかポイントは付きません！ とのこと。 それまでは、旅行サイトでカード払いした場合でも、低率ですが、ポイント付けてくれていたのに、いつのまにか変わった？ ホテル内のアプリ勧誘ポスターにもそんなこと全く買いてありません 仕組みが変わったなら、案内すべきですし、現地の係員が勝手なことしてるなら、さらに問題です。 ポイント目当てでインストールすると、不愉快な目に遭うので、やめた方がいいです。
専用アプリなのに最安値じゃない…
専用アプリなので最安値かと思ったらそんな事はなく、他の使いやすいアプリの方が安かったりします。利用者情報提供の代わりにポイント貰える感じなのかな？
