Alles super!

Am Anfang war ich sehr skeptisch, weil Einiges neu für mich war und ich nicht damit gerechnet habe, dass eine Bank so viel bieten kann, wie zum Beispiel Versicherungen in allen Lebensbereichen. Die Zahlungsvorgänge funktionieren einwandfrei, die Mitarbeiter meiner Bankfiliale sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der BBVA in Arrecife Playa Honda.

App doesn‘t fully support iPhone 15 Pro

The app has a problem taking pictures from your passport on iPhone 15 pro devices. Seems there is a problem with focus, therefore pictures are blurred and the verification process for biometric signatures doesn‘t work.

Lenta, poco intuitiva y publicidad constante

Cada vez me sorprende de nuevo como los grandes bancos no consiguen hacer soluciones tecnológicas que corresponden a la actualidad. Me da mucha pena que la única razón de estar con BBVA es por tener más infraestructura para pagos de impuestos y similar. Si ves las Apps de N26 o Revolut por ejemplo, es totalmente otra liga — El gran banco no tiene la más mínima ventaja ante el pequeño competidor. Al contrario. Además que estén bombardeando con contratar nuevas cosas todo el tiempo es realmente molesto. Me da esa espinilla de que hay costos escondidos y configuraciones que no están a mi favor.

No disponible para IPAD

Como puede ser que esta aplicación solo esté disponible en el iPhone y no en el iPad con el que trabajo todos los días? Porque retirasteis la App para el IPAD? No hay quien entienda eso. Solo os doy una estrella hasta que no volváis a sacar la aplicación de nuevo para el IPAD. Hala.

Idiomas de App

¡la mejor aplicación bancaria en términos de funciones! Por qué la aplicación no está disponible también en alemán? Por favor, implemente el alemán, entonces también habrá 5 estrellas. No todos los alemanes hablan español o inglés!

No history of your mortgage

There is no way to see the history of your mortgage nor the projection of it. You cannot extract the mail conversations with the bank, so you are tight to them all time. This bank takes weeks to share with you the cancellation fees of a mortgages…this is just old fashion stile to retain customers…

Von den Funktionen her die beste Bankin-App! Tausende Deutsche leben in Spanien, aber deren Sprache wird nicht angeboten! Kann doch nicht so schwer sein ⁉️ Dann gibt es auch den 5. Stern 🌟
