I don’t have an old phone. I am an experienced smartphone user. I have full bars LTE. The app is very buggy. It stalls when you enter your phone number or email. It hangs every time you restart the app. It doesn’t load stations on the map all the time. Bad, bad, bad app. The chargers are fine.

The app kept changing my phone number to my email address, then telling me to enter a correct phone number, then requiring that I go back a page and enter the phone number, then taking me back to the information entry page and requiring that I enter all of my information again, then changing my phone number to my email address …

The old app was pretty great. Easy to see your charging status, easy to get to it. Overall a nice experience. This new version’s design is horrendous. Garish, much less legible, and a very clunky navigation. And there are two major UX issues: 1) the “stop charge” is at the very bottom of the screen…where you swipe…to view your phone. Point being it’s very easy to stop your charging accidentally, and no way to restart remotely. 2) if you close the charging status screen, there’s no way to get back to it…at least no obvious way that I can find. PLEASE fix this UX mess! Old app: 5 stars. New app: 2 stars.

Travelers need to know how much power is available at the stations to plan their trips. Please include the kw rates fir the charging stations.

Downloaded the App and then after taken all my info it froze,.???weird so deleted it

This app has transformed the way I charge my electric vehicle. The user-friendly interface makes finding charging stations a breeze, and the real-time updates ensure I always know where to go for a quick charge. I wouldn't want to travel without it!

The app used to let you filter by free/paid chargers. Why is that no longer an option?!

Here I am in Duncan, late at night, woman by myself in total sketch area and this app will not let me log in or reset my password. It says the number is in use to try a different number. Duh! It’s my number and I am Trying to reset password. Thankfully the person on the help line is giving me comp charge so I can get out of this scary area. Bad app.

I have never received any verification code to my email

I’ve needed to charge half a dozen times or so, and so far the experience with BC Hydro ev app and their chargers have been flawless. Im really enjoying the UI, little extras like the SoC/kw graph during the charging session, etc. So far so good, not really sure what other reviews are rubbing into in terms of problems.
