Now you can open bank account anywhere just with your mobile phone. What you need to do to get your bank account is only by providing e-KTP, completing the form, and doing video call with our Customer Service Officer through BCA mobile application. After you done, you’ll get the success notification of your opening account; you might need to directly activate your mobile banking service (by creating PIN number for transaction) and deposit money to your account. Then you are ready to do any transaction with your BCA mobile application (m-BCA menu). You will also get KlikBCA account the day after you succeed creating your mobile banking PIN via email.

Proses verifikasi melalui selalu gagal, alangkah baik nya diubah melalui whatsapp, supaya bisa lebih cepat. Karena verifikasi melalui sms adalah sistem lama.
Outdated Apps
I’m stayed in Singapore and often doing transactions using mBCA, while in Indonesia it is great. However, when I intended to use this mBCA in Singapore with my SingTel number. It is required to sent SMS verification to 69888 which is doesn’t work at all. Others BANKs like BN*, BR* worked just fine from overseas

This apps will make your Banking experience way worse
SMS verification FAILED ALL THE TIME. What's the point to have apps that can't verify anything when customer want to use it! Tried so many ways, many times ..and still failed.
209 - unable to authenticate your identity on logging in
Horrible. I need to uninstall and reinstall and input the data again. Reasons given is unstable network, change of network could affect the apps. For such a big bank it would be great if this issues could be addressed and anticipated and worked upon. Its annoying that this.
Wake up BCA!!!! Its 2022 not 2001!
Come on BCA For all the people who want to do business banking Indonesia! Don't ever think to do that at BCA! I made the mistake to that! Nightmare is it! Besides the fact that BCA is not providing a business ATM card. That nobody at BCA bank ever thought about that? The online banking is in one word horrible!!! The app is not more than a forward to a vpn webbrowser! Entering the online banking feels like going back to 2001 when internet just came up! BCA you have to be ashamed off yourself offering this to business clients! A lot foreigners who enter Indonesia and who are used to having a card plus up to date online banking will be disappointed! This bank motto is probably “if it works don’t touch it”. Probably one thing (internet banking also) that stop me from using BCA and move to other banking service. You should check and compare yourself to Singapore banks like DBS, Citibank, etc.
