خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا
اشتريت وثيقة تأمين وسددت الرسوم وجاتني رسالة، ولي أكثر من شهرين ما استلمت الوثيقة. تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء، خدمتهم سيئة وبطيئة. بعد ارسال الاستفسار ممكن يجي الرد بعد ساعة أو اكثر. تم ارسال ملف على اساس أنها الوثيقة وبصيغة بي دي إف، الملف لا يعمل وفيه طلاسم. تم طلب إرساله بالواتساب او الايميل ولم يحصل ذلك. تم طلب محاولة إرساله في المحادثة مرة اخرة وتم تجاهل طلبي بشكل كامل. غادة، وهنوف وحصة، قصرتوا معايا جدا وخدمتكم بطيئة وسيئة.

It is just viewing the website in the app 🤷♂️ I am not sure why this is considered as an app while being sluggish and slow same as the website in mobile browser ?!

تدفع مبلغ التامين ثم بعد فترة تجيك رسايل ان المبلغ الي دفعته عبارة عن قسط واحد فقط

اسبوع مأمن ماجاني التامين
عدم اعادة مبلغ وثيقة تامين
بتاريخ 01/10/2024م تم سداد قيمة وثيقة تامين ولوجود خطأ تقني يمنع من استلام الوثيقه تم التعذر من اصدارها وتعهدتم برساله نصية باعادة المبلغ وحتى تاريخه لم يتم الايداع. في حال لم يتم اعادة المبلغ سيتم اللجوء للجهات القضائية المختصة.
