This app is not reliable when logging in. My wife has been constantly locked out of her account using the app. I just downloaded this latest and tried to log into our account. Sure enough it did not recognize my login/password. I stopped right there. If you try three times and it fails, you are locked out. I was able to go to the website, using the same login/password and had no issues.
Still issues login in
If you amaze to login, the app works fine. But there is still a major flow, the Face ID wear off after 12 hours, so you have to dig your user name and password again, and sometimes it’s doesn’t work either.

Trouble booking appointments
Incredibly frustrating. Have to log in every time I open the app even if I was just using it a minute ago. Also, when booking an appointment with mental health specialist, after I’ve entered my payment method and am about to confirm the appointment, I'm told the appointment time is no longer available. The pop-up message won't go away either so I can't go back and choose another time. I have to close app, reopen, log in again, and go through the booking process all over again only to be told the new appointment time isn't available either (but the ones I previously chose are still showing up as available). Don't recommend this.
