十分难用的人脸识别，这还是本地最大的银行做的，垃圾的要死，付款使用十分不便

使用体验太差了
老挝本来网络就差，还每次登陆要下载一张图片，关闭再打开还是要下载，你是跟运营商合作坑流量吧，而且中文模式下经常出问题，没有测试团队吗？

每次进入人脸识别就直接不动，头像固定好后要求点头，点头没反应，要求张嘴，张嘴了还是没反应。 不管怎么样都没法跳转到下一步。什么时候能改进好呢。

It‘s so hard to load，the face verification is so poor rubbish. You bank must renew and fix it
