Be My Eyes – Helping blind see

I am a new user and I am loving it so far!! Having one issue and I hope to get help. I can speak two languages and the settings options is not working. I just get a black page when I click on settings. Can someone help?

This is a fantastic service you offer and I am so happy to be able to volunteer to help those using it!! I’ve even been able to help several people I’ve spoken with on recommendations or suggestions on issues they were not even calling about that I discovered while I was chatting with them!!

I never write reviews but I must for this app. It’s truly an amazing app that provides help for those with visual impairments. I have been “eyes” for about 10 people in the last year and each time was an experience I’ll remember forever. From helping an older gentleman with their microwave and getting a Jazz song played for me after as a thank you to helping a young girl my age start her dishwasher. I am very grateful to be able to help and for the creators of this app helping others with their independence. Thank you!

I have been blessed to assist four people! It was a fantastic feeling. As I am a retired Special Education teacher I 110% support this wonderful and fantastic service!!! ❤️

I love using this app on a daily basis. I have a feature suggestion, though that could make the app even better. That is the ability to save the photos that you analyze with the app with the descriptions that the app gives. There are other apps that do this, and I believe that this would make this app even better.

The settings are not working.

I downloaded this app about 6 months ago after seeing it on social media. After reading reviews, I was expecting to receive my first call anytime in the first couple months but I was pleasantly surprised when one came in barely a week later. Ive answered about 4/5 calls that have come in over the last 6 months and have nothing but great things to say about it. The amount of time I have to answer a call is enough, even if I need to step out from where I am to do so. The app is easy to use and everyone who I’ve connected with has been lovely, as well.
