Really like the app as it means I Cana access my benefits anywhere. However the design and functionality of the app is shocking. I thought it would be a good app to have all my savings in, but beware if fee issues. When you login you must have access to your emails to get a verification code. Slows down the login process. Not to mention the payment screen does not use Apple Pay - you have to enter the whole debit card info. It is a shame that you made it more complicated than the direct website! The website is much quicker and payments can be seamless.
Used the app to save £17 in Peacocks this morning, can’t believe how easy it was to get that much money off my clothes shop!! Definitely my new fave app for shopping discounts🤩
The app helps me to access all my employee benefits in one place, especially when I’m on the move
It’s much easier to get to my benefits now, as they are all available on the app and I don’t need to login on a laptop. So now I can get my savings when I’m out and about and can access the benefits in the evening when I have more time to look at them. Simple and easy to use.
