This banking app is okay but shouldn’t be advertising at the first page as it’s not user friendly and also customers who have no choices of looking at it or not. My favorite mobile banking app is Commonwealth Bank Australia which is much more user friendly, powerful, convenience and custom user friendly app for the customers and have useful reminders for credit cards, bills, options for each transaction, security....etc. I hope there’s a better banking app for Hong Kong people in the near future.

次次開收件箱都要load好耐

Update on 23/12 我問朋友借咗電腦改密碼終於入到個垃圾app 。然後今日想從一張信用卡轉錢到另一張信用卡，個app又話我無開通指定雙重認證功能，要喺電子銀行開返，跟住same old story又係東亞block手機browser上唔到電子銀行,要電腦先上到，真係反人類弱智設計嚟，我有faceid你個app都開唔到雙重認證？乜都靠網上銀行咁你整個app托7？其實你哋有冇用個腦同心去諗個客要啲咩？我唔會再用你哋銀行，廢事激氣 。 原update: 無端端個app冇咗faceid,然後我用平時密碼登入話我錯 。 我打上客服問，confirm我密碼啱，但話system要求改密碼，我改唔改密碼關你哋咩事？ 強制改都算，你個app原來load唔到改密碼個版面出嚟，係咁load load load, 唔講以為我密碼錯 。我用手機browser但你哋block手機browser，我真係未見過香港銀行block mobile咁q癲 。客服話要用電腦登入網頁版改密碼先得 。你哋係咪認為個個都有電腦？我話你聽唔係，我因為你哋啲弱智措施要問人借電腦，多得你哋唔少 。 你個app連基本登入同改密碼都做唔到，請問你哋整個app出嚟係做咩，玩弄顧客好開心？

超酷的

越更新越差，原本好地地，但係忽然在沒有更改密碼或其他設定資料時，突然間沒法用Face ID登入，必須修正，唔通經常在街上打密碼咩？唔怕人睇到㗎？這是我用過最差的銀行app。

First it needs so many different kinds of password but infact, only one password is required to login into the app. What is the point for setting so many unrememberable passwords!? The app actually has no function about credit card! Credit card cannot be activated! Cannot add credit card to Apple Pay using the app. Need to phone to complete the registration of using Apple Pay with the credit card. Then what the app and help? It made me not difficult to use your credit card.

I didn’t change my pw, but I couldn’t login after I updated this app! I don’t know what to do now and I need to use the bank service right now

經常出現無法登入

不能夠用臉部識別 另外戶口號碼沒有係可以見到用戶名，點樣做一些申請的證明？開發的都是沒有用腦的。

自從我更新了蘋果的版本，iOS 18之後第一次使用手機的東亞銀行，他就封鎖我了。之前用得好好的。一直沒事。他顯示。 我們偵測到你的流動裝置可能存在安全風險。 為了保障你的東亞銀行賬戶安全，我們已限制此流動裝置進入東亞手機銀行。 希望技術源源可以跟進一下我遇到的這個問題。到現在差不多一個月的時間了，也無法登陸顯示上面的內容，去銀行門市也詢問過了，暫時問題還還沒有解決。
