Beach Bum Tanning

If this app was developed with usefulness in mind, it would be a useful app for this franchise. But as it stands it feels like they just wanted to make an app, hired a 5-year old first-time programmer and didn’t bother to check his work. The app is useless, even for what it was designed for, it doesn’t work.

Like the title says…The app is not allowing me to make a Profile. I’ve tried for 2 Days now.

I love the tanning salon, but I hate this app. My membership info doesn’t show up in the app. Also, when booking an appointment for UV tan it lists all the different beds but there’s no where to read the descriptions of them so I have no idea what the differences are (whether it’s a stand up or lie down...) Doesn’t tell you what the prices are either. The girls who work there do encourage people to use the app to book appointments but it’s too frustrating and pointless.

This app is horrible. I’ve been trying to book a tan through the app but I can’t seem to register. I’ve tried multiple times to make an account and it always says to try again later. It’s so aggravating! I would love to use it, if it actually worked.

Like everyone else, we all are sick of covid restrictions and regulations. This app honestly is so convenient, and it helps with waiting time tremendously. I honestly hope they continue this method, because I love being able to schedule in advance and know my bed is going to be available. Love Beach Bum, and their app!

Kind of pointless for my girlfriend and I. There’s only 1 booking per time slot as far as I can tell, even though there are 2 titanium level beds at the location we go to. If she books a 12PM slot, my only options using a separate phone and account for booking are to choose either an 11:30AM slot or 12:30PM slot instead of allowing us to tan at the same time like we usually do (Or usually at least within a few minutes of each other). If we booked it this way it would take us 45-50 minutes between the two of us instead of the usual 20-30. Not sure that this is gonna play nice with people who are booking in person since those sessions are actually timed using a simple queue system and people go one after another without 10-15 minute gaps between them. This is likely going to slow things down significantly and create more waiting time, since now someone who arrives and wants to use an available bed has to wait for someone to show up to their appointment which may be in 10 minutes not even including the 5-minute lateness grace period. I foresee many problems.

Beach bum just got even better! This app is super easy to use to book tanning, sunless tanning and sweat services! I’ve been going to beach bum for years and the staff has always been so friendly and so helpful! Highly recommend this app to help plan your tan even easier!

If you’re looking to achieve a sun kissed tan, then head over to beach bum. I’ve been going to beach bum for well over 10 years simply because of customer service and tan I receive each time. The staff are so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to accommodate through your needs. For a first timer, I recommend going to beach bum. They walk you through every step of the way and explain things in detail so there’s never any confusion. I’ve tanned at other salons in the past and to be completely honest, no other tanning salon holds a candle to beach bum. They are what you would consider a high quality tanning salon. Trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed with the tan you’ll achieve!
