Beam

Beam is no longer giving cash back for purchases through their app and user's needs to spend their accrued balance by end of December 2019. I enjoyed using this app and was always recommending it to people but now they are having you download share. I will try share and hope that it offers the same advantages as beam.

I have been using this app on and off since the beginning. The rewards are good but the implementation of the payment system at petrol stations is appalling. The app times out during the filling process and you have to start again, but the app insists on showing an animation of the filling process instead of letting the user pay right away. Now imagine 6 cars lined up behind you, everyone can see you babe finished filling up but the lousy app is still playing it’s animation! I have complained many times but nothing has been done. It’s not my phone as I have been using this app long enough to switch 2 phones with the same results! Recently, my credit card expired. Now I can’t add my credit card to the app. It claims my card as an issue. Trust me, after many calls to my credit card issuer, there is nothing wrong with my card. In fact, I have switched to Apple Pay, which accepted my card with no issues. So Beam, get your act together. You just lost a customer

Very good app u get good discounts and bonus 😊 but after it changed beam uae it’s worst u need to follow up bonus each friend u refer u need send mail to inform I have referred my need give them details before old beam was too good

Beam used to be my favorite pay method. Now it is not as effective as it used to. It is actually frustrating now, where you have to sit in a gas station and wait for the payment to process and then it fails. Hope you will fix this problem.

Works well when it works but the majority of the stores I shop at keep saying it never works. Fustrating

I want to thanks beam administration fo all rewards, games , cash back, discounts , bonus ...etc😍😍 This app make my shopping more exciting and interesting I love using beam app And always surprised us with new things. Thanks a-lot beam ❤️ I keep using it 👍🏻

I have added my friend to beam and when I ask them about the first Beamer cash back they are telling so many things. It was a new beam account It was activated with email and mobile Card added was verified and made so many purchases through beam. When I contacted beam they deactivated both accounts.

It would be better to assign a name for the card so that it will be easier to understand when there are multiple card registered on Beam.

I used to use Beam a lot, but now it is broken for days on end and you barely get any rewards Good concept, but moving to Apple Pay now.
