Beatbot

We have been delighted with our Beatbot! It runs extremely well, fulfills the tasks as stated in the materials (cleans debris and silt from the pool bottoms and sides) and is easy to manage. Thank you for your product and for making our pool a cleaner, easy to manage joy to own.

I’ve been using this app for a while now, and it’s been a great experience! The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for someone who isn’t super tech-savvy. It runs smoothly without any glitches, and the features are exactly what I need. I especially love how quickly I can get things done without having to dig through complicated menus. Overall, a very efficient and user-friendly app that I would highly recommend!

I’m on my second Beatbot Pro. The first one worked ok for about 6 weeks then just died so they sent me a replacement. Now this new one simply will not connect to wi-fi. The only thing the app is useful for is telling you how long the bot was in the water. Anytime you contact their customer service they want you to upload a video of the problem and you wait to hear back. I can see the price on this product dropping fast!

Not sure why people are complaining about the bot in an app review but just to try and debunk their complaints: -One complaining about firmware failure needs to put the bot in charger stand before attempting update -One complaining about not climbing walls probably has it in floor mode lul I come from another $2k robot and so far it performs better. My review of the bot is 5/5 Now the app is what needs work. Some suggestions: -start/stop button. I know it may not work while underwater but in skim mode we should be able to send a stop command. -estimated time to completion using historical values and current time spent cleaning. -see/edit the custom mode while not connected to bot. -next level would be to create a map of the pool and allow for area highlighting like just the deep end

This is sold as top of the line pool bot… it is not. I have yet to see it operate in a manner similar to the online videos. Unless the firmware really improves operations I would give this a 0 . We will see how this plays out so far it refuses to install the new firmware although it tells me through the app it is ready to install and then promptly fails. This thing is not following any logical pattern as shown in the manual it really is Willy nilly as it moves across the pool. I spent a sizable amount believing that this would do a good job. Sadly this is not the case. I would advise you to look at other bots this isn’t there yet.

The app is lacking almost everything that is needed. I cannot pick what cleaning style I want or even see the pattern results. Cleaning process is not following what is showed a the commercial. App needs must improvments.

Instructions are difficult to read extremely small font and reverse printed. That’s number one number two connecting it to my phone. It says it needs a firmware update which doesn’t work so when I called the phone number I have to wait to hear back from the tech team. Brand new just out of the box.

I purchased this a month ago. It very lightly cleans the bottom, doesn’t climb the walls as described, and stopped running this week. It lights up and shows that it is on but it won’t accept a mode and just flashes all the options. I am very disappointed. Let alone, I can’t find a help number in the app!

Not a great skimmer. I think it’s probably better for a square or rectangular pool as far as skimming.
