Beatstar Reviews

IPHONE, don’t get

Zoe England on

New Zealand

it’s a great game, but if you’re on iphone, be prepared to face challenges where you have to swipe up and it will send you to the home screen and you lose the level.

This game is good but this game also doesn’t know the definition of Hip Hop. I used my welcome back cards on a Hip hop box and I got old town road ☠️

Too much ads

Use to love the game but now have to watch ads just to play a song. Not really worth playing anymore

I think you should make it so your fingers don’t have to be in one place to get perfect and maybe make the tiles faster

So good

Unlike other games like this it barley has any ads, or at least I haven’t gotten any, so fun and amazing, would Definetly recommend.

Sorry

I dislike how you put 2 ads after every song I play. I can’t partake in your game anymore

Too long to unlock harder difficulties

Lioscy on

New Zealand

I’m a hardcore rhythm gamer and, at first, I liked the game, been playing for about 5 hours… I’m still stuck with « Normal » song… I can literally play while preparing food for my kids and talking to the wife… Harder difficulties need to be unlock from the start… oh, and it’s pay to play so, just because of the many ads, you get 1 star instead of 3.

Great game but cases fill up too fast now

bella.ivy on

New Zealand

This is probably my favourite game on my phone, it’s so much fun. However, a little while ago they changed the cases to fill up a lot faster than previously (apparently following feedback from players saying that they never play long enough in one sitting to fill up a case), but to me this has almost ruined the experience because i open it up to play and after about 3-4 songs, i’ve filled up both of the empty cases and i can no longer play for at least 3 hours while a case unlocks. i suggest, if the cases are going to fill up this fast, why don’t you change it so that all 3 cases are allowed to count down at the same time? currently only one can, which i think makes no sense at all. why have 3 spaces if only one can ever be actively counting down? i’m going to assume that there are either players like me that like to play once a day for a longer period of time, and there are the other kind that play several times a day in shorter bursts. having all 3 cases able to count down at the same time would be beneficial to both types of players, and i still don’t think it would make it too easy to get rewards, i think it would be the right level of difficulty.
