Before the most recent update i was able to change the orientation on my ipad. Now the camera is completely messed up from the update and it’s impossible to navigate. PLEASE FIX

The only way this device was usable was to be able to lock the camera in a specific direction, otherwise the camera flips angles constantly. With their newest update they removed this feature but put “modes” aka screen designs around the constantly moving camera. It is totally unusable now. I’ve owned five of these tools for my plaque psoriasis and they worked wonders and I was about to buy a new one but I won’t now. I reached out to customer service multiple times in multiple ways and got no answer back for over a week now. I won’t be purchasing from them or using this product anymore.

Should have read reviews before I bought it because it's a waste of money and time trying to get it to work. The app never downloads to the iPhone, the WiFi password works but tells me weak signal and then just stops. I mean you can use it to clean your ears but you can find cheaper ways to do that. The whole point of it is to see the canal and if you can't do that...

The app never works; always says it crashed. Throwing the product away… a complete waste of money and time.

I used my device regularly for about 3 years and now, in the last 3 week, the latest app update rendered it completely unusable. No image at all on the screen. Nothing I’ve tried will work at all. It’s a shame that they broke perfectly functional devices with an “update”, and I refuse to buy a new one out of principle because they could just do this again in the future.

Everyone complains about the connection between the device and their phones. Not me. The connection is not the issue. My issue is, since they have updated the app, I cannot find the Orientation Lock. I can’t figure out how to stop the screen from flipping and spinning every time I move the device. Not sure if the feature has been removed or just hidden.

Still not working after update with Note3 Pro

Thank you! My ear is clean. For the first time I had an ear issue, it sounded like water was in my ear. After scraping out a nice glob of icky stuff, my ear is fixed. Life saver! I was getting worried there for a bit!

This was just a waste of money, time and energy.

App is pretty much unusable with the app opening to their indiegogo page on iPhone 14 max.
