Becker’s CPA Exam Review

App keeps crashing before it can fully open. It looks like it’s about to open, screen flashes white, then nothing happens. Used to be a solid app but now I can’t even use it and I need to study occasionally on my phone.

Any time I try to open the app, it shuts down. Worst app EVER!!!!!

For such an expensive business, they don’t even allow you to watch videos offline. Such a basic feature is gone in year 2024… why can’t we spend the time on an airplane studying the material offline…

App used to allow you to download materials to access offline but now that ability has gone away.

No able to download lectures videos on my phone for offline study.

The app interface with the videos will not go full screen or portrait mode. Videos close and reopen and different spot whoever paused for the first time. There is no full screen button only windowed view. After watching a video you have to close the whole app to play the next video in full screen.

Everytime I turned my phone sideways to watch the concept videos, the app glitched and restarts the videos. It is impossible to watch it horizontally on the app. Explainations for audit section were also terrible and were essentially along the lines of “Answer A was wrong because answer B was right.”

Every video I open up starts on a black screen. I rotate the video and it kicks me out of the screen, often restarting the video and not keeping my progress. Or if I close the black screen and attempt to reload the video, it starts back all over without any progress in the video. This has only happened within the last update. Very frustrating. As someone who listens to videos on a long commute, this is not ideal.

Every lecture starts with a black screen and when rotating or trying to fix it etc , anything essentially causes it to restart and not even show the video 75% of the time - extremely frustrating
