Limits searches for $15. What’s the point? Subscription ends and you renew a week later and your searches are still used up. Should renew. Beckett has fallen off a cliff. This will be my last month of it doesn’t change. Loyal since the 80s. Grow up scammers

Beckett seriously needs to take a good look at its self and upgrade to a PSA level. Your site stinks and so does your app. It’s third rate. It’s embarrassing. I love you guys but you really need to step it up. You were and should be the OG’s of the grading world. Change out whoever is saying you can’t and go with people who have a track record of doing. You can do it ! Get some designers and engineers involved and get busy. You look and feel dated. Reinvest in your selves. We all want an alternative to PSA. Your grading with the .5’s are saving your behind. Get busy my friends.

I am unable to use my subscription. Every time I try to look at specific cards it tells me to subscribe for pricing! I have paid and still nothing!

The app is terrible the downloading actions r slow and sluggish. The interface is none existent and poor, needs a new way to search for cards. Also needs a way to create submission order not only check how the submission is doin. Feels like the app hasn’t had an update in 15yrs or more, feels like an app the was created for the iPhone 3G not the iPhone 13promax or newer version iPhone. I would a Billion Dollar that cannot keep an app current has no business being a competitor for PSA Grading🤦‍♂️ please update ur app or just take it down from the app store

Scam!!! No way to cancel subscription. They charge you multiple times in a month. The product is absolute trash.

Beckett is king of pricing and grading. But do not attempt it on the app. Using this app makes me want to stop collecting. The interface is off everywhere. Nothing works properly. It looks like a nephew of someone made the design and nepotism keeps it around. No one in their right mind would use this for more than an hour. Need to add to a collection? Five clicks plus scrolls? Just make sure you don’t have to enter anything like quantity cause then the submit button disappears and you have to start over. And when you just leave defaults there is no sorting no filters nothing. Sort by price nope. Sort alphabetically. Nope. Worst experience of my year. I stopped using the app years ago. Now I remember why. Beckett you have too much clout for your app to be this unusable. Theres no way no one has given this feedback. Cancelled my subscription after an hour.

The app looks and feels like it is from the 1990s when most of my cards are from in the beginning of my collecting days. The computer version is decent. Got a subscription as a birthday present and I input cards on the computer which is fun but it’s 2024. This all feels very 2005.

App doesn’t recognize my subscription often times and becomes unusable. Even after deleting and reinstalling app it doesn’t work. My subscription management shows that my atos current, though. Terrible app.

I have no idea how they charge so much for the app when it’s never working properly. I am so bummed I paid for the subscription. Will not be renewing and deleting once the month is over, as there is no trial period.

Constantly crashing. Always “LOADING”! Very frustrating.
