Life gives us plenty of experiences — a death of a loved one, relationship break-ups, sudden unexpected changes in career, the pandemic, and other big world events…We all go through different hurtful triggers and traumas. If you walk around with spikes in your heart, you will end up bleeding on others, or worse, hurting them too.
Not all of our wounds are our fault, but it's our responsibility to heal them.
A lot of people, for different reasons, have been deprived of learning a crucial life skill — The skill of processing one’s emotions and the art of healing oneself.
It’s no secret that our emotions have a direct influence towards our states — mental, physical, and energetic states. It also impacts our performance in our day-to-day tasks, responsibilities, and how we show up within our relationships.
