Bee Network

Nobody likes the new bee network buses, it’s a fraud scheme, bring back the stagecoach buses.

It would be nice if the bus ticket opened up as soon as you open the app, just like the stagecoach app. It’s not fun having to click 4-5 buttons just to get to your tickets. I know it only takes a few seconds but it can get annoying if you have to do it everyday.

Tram and bus time are the most important feature of this app but the times displayed are live! Tram and bus times will suddenly go back 10 - 15 mins. Please just focus on getting the most important thing right, because you are only providing misinformation and frustrating your customers.

Terrible, unusable, go back to old app

The app has improved significantly in recent updates. The enhancements in functionality and overall user experience are evident and greatly appreciated. Thank you for your continued efforts to refine and optimise the app. These updates have made a noticeable difference, and I look forward to seeing further developments in the future.

There used to be the Go Northwest app that I used for my journeys. They had live times that were always correct, and you could see where they were on the map. Bee Network app has none of that functionality, and buses now frequently disappear off the “live schedule” as they “arrive” every other time I wait for a bus. I can’t understand it. It also just randomly signs you out every few weeks, which puts me in an unforeseen mess, especially in the city centre where signal is limited. I thought nationalising stuff improves it. Definitely not. This is a massive downgrade.

When you are in a time schedule and the bus shows up, there are too many buttons you need to press before pulling up the active ticket which means the bus driver is waiting. Please create quicker access to the active ticket wherever one is in the app.

The deal, I was going to get the Bee Network card. I travel ocassionally on public transport. The Bee Network App and Bee Network card are two different things. Why not under the same login? If we can’t intergreat a card with an app I have little to no confidence in the service.. Another waste of time!

I was charged for bus ride, because your app didn’t load the ticket and driver said it’s not my problem. Very bad service and communication between Bee network and Stagecoach and Metrolink! Be aware drivers and controllers don’t care, if this app not working!!!!

Insane that with gps on all buses there never seems to be live tracking. This would be the most useful tool to make the app worthwhile.
