Beelivery Reviews

For any drivers wondering!

I cannot exaggerate how pleased I am, yes the driver interface is a bit tedious but I was able to get the hang of it within an hour! Oh and you get your delivery fees paid straight to you, not some cash out fee, directly to your account!! And if you’re wondering how well they pay? First order was £16 in an hour… (when it’s dead silent) pretty decent if you ask me!

Appalling service with dodgy practices AVOID!!!

Something is truly amiss with this inept company. I strongly suggest that potential customers check out Trust Pilot before using them. Unless you want to wait 3 hours for 1 item or no item at all with no refund for their ineptitude. Worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered.

Warning: Hidden Fees, misleading descriptions, dishonest practices.

Prominent advertising of 2 things: 1) the delivery charge of just £3.50 and 2) groceries delivered "Same Day Within 1 Hour" Once you have selected all of your orders as a guest, and go to pay, at the last minute it says you have to create an account. Okay, fine, I can do that. Create the account, click "pay". Then, when you come to select payment type, you find they've added yet 1 more fee (in addition to the £3.50 delivery fee and £3.50 night-time fee). No pop-up, no prompt, I just noticed that, when selecting apple pay, the amount that popped up on the screen was higher than the total previously. Okay, maybe it's an apple pay problem, fine, I'll try Paypal. Same thing again: so I click "proceed and review order at Beelivery" to see what's going on. Boom, order completed! Paid. On the receipt, there is a service fee added, in addition to the 2 other fees! If it was shown *BEFORE* you pay, along with the delivery, fine, fair enough, but it's the fact that it's only added (secretly, with no announcement) at the very last minute with no announcement that makes it really scummy. How about you tell me what you're going to charge me in advance eh, is that such a crazy idea? Worse still, I didn't actually click to accept the final order, but to "Proceed and Review". I just wanted to see where the extra pound was coming from! Of course, once you have ordered, there's no cancellation button! Insult to injury, the app then informed me that the delivery time was 90 minutes. Of course, you can enter into web chat, and talk to some poor soul in India to try and sort it out. Forget it. It's not the money, it's the principle. I had left a £10 tip, I figure if someone is going to drop off groceries in the middle of the night for me, they deserve a few quid! It's the fact that they falsely advertise delivery time right at the top of the app, that they add a hidden fee at the last minute without even telling you, and that they label a button "review", that actually confirms your order, with no way to cancel! That is all very scummy behaviour, and I won't be giving this company my business again unless something significant changes.
