Literally do not see the point in using this, Uber is so much better. You book on this the live tracker you get of your driver isn’t accurate, multiple times I’ve had to explain to the driver where to go like you’re the taxi driver mate you should know, whereas Uber just use sat nav so it’s nice and simple. Always seems to cost more than Uber and I’ve only used this whenever I wasn’t able to get an Uber due to being busy. Last trip I got from here was £10 for a 3/4 minute drive, and at the end of the trip the driver said it was a cash fare, now I was sure I had done it with my card and I asked him to check, he said it wasn’t a card fare, so I gave him the cash only to find out the money had been taken from my bank also. Can only phone them to complain and you’re lucky if you get an answer cause I’ve tried 3/4 times and had no such luck. Trust me, just use Uber.

You book a taxi and don’t turn up when you cancel it there still take the money out you bank and when you call them it takes 3-5 day to go back in to you bank DONT BOOK

For no reason at all my bookings keep getting cancelled after being assigned drivers

I paid by card on my last journey, which the driver said it failed payment I therefore paid in cash … to then revive my bank statement which states I paid by card!! I’m not happy I had £30 for a £10 trip absolute day light robbery

Apps no good if in Midlothian n they phone you back with the cheekiest person in the world get this app gone !!!!!

I downloaded this app and then tried 4 times to get a four-digit confirmation code, at which point I received a notification that I was “blacklisted”. Interesting business strategy, Beep Beep. Does this work well for you?
