What is the beep test?
The beep test (also know as the multistage fitness test, bleep test, pacer test and shuttle run test) is a standard fitness test used by professionals to test cardiovascular fitness. The beep test involves running back and forth between two markers at 20m (6.5′ 7.4″) apart at an increasing pace as indicated by audio beeps. Your fitness level will then be calculated based on how long you can keep the pace. An audio beep and visual cue will indicate marker and stage changes. The Beep Test is a standard fitness test used by Sporting Teams (including but not limited to soccer, football, Australian Rules AFL, hockey, rugby, cricket, athletics and tennis). The test is also and entry requirement for Police, Fire and Emergency Response, Army, Air Force and Navy.

ADF Beep test faster

Great app BUT be warned, the ADF test is much faster between beeps so is harder than what you are training for on this app. I was getting 7s on this one but when I did my actual ADF test thought why does this seem so much harder, so did the side by side comparison. So now I will start my training at level 2 and work to a level above what I need!

Inaccurate. I tested this app against the army beep test and it didn't match up at all. This app is too fast.

What is the go with very quiet sound. Is there a fix.

This is a well presented app BUT un-accurate! If you training to get into a organization that demands a certain score then this app won't help you in fact will only miss lead you
