I just purchase a car with Beepz and 3 days later check engine light is on I’ve been trying to get into the app to reach out to someone and the app constantly just stays loading i sent an email and still no response as of yet

It was a rocky experience at first they didn’t communicate very well but I did end up getting a car and I’m very satisfied

The process was smooth sailing. Just as the app states the representative Oliver kept in contact the whole way through my onboarding process.

Beepz definitely ignores you when they don’t want to take care of business. Pray that nothing is wrong with the car because even if your car is under warranty they ignore you and want you to fix it yourself. EVEN THOUGH YOU PAY $300 a week and no, they are not open to negotiation on the rates. Whoever handles the communication is very unorganized, unprofessional and rude. I would suggest saving up some money for a down payment instead of using this app.

I didn’t think it was real until I doubled then tripled checked! You can truly own your car through weekly payments. Crazy cool.

Beepz also blocked my messages and blocked me from the app so I can’t contact anyone to get my belongings out my car, but you guys are so quick to send an invoice but can’t respond for 2 weeks and also lieing. Y’all let yall team not give my my belongings back then lied about. They repossessed my car and let somebody steal all my belongings. They will not give me any information of who cleaned out my car all of my daughters stuff, my daughter’s, iPad, car seat, shoes, clothes, pull ups, everything even my own shoes, my wallet, my purse, my social and money they don’t wanna give me input any information they repossessed my car took my car to my Calilot. They like somebody stole all my stuff and they won’t even try to help they haven’t been calling me. It’s been over two weeks. They still have no information the story keeps changing they’re doing fraud. You guys are very unprofessional, you guys are fraud, and you cover up for yall repossession team who steals peoples personal items.

I’ve been renting from them since January 2024 and monthly they would release me a temporary registration for the vehicle that I would be using for Uber about five months in. I stopped receiving the temporary because they told me that I would receive the actual registration with my name on it it is now November and I have never received the registration, which affected my work because you need that for Uber. The owner constantly would harass me for being two days late overpayment when I was paying almost 300 per week I drive as a Uber passenger driver not Uber eats and without the registration, I was only able to do Uber eats which was very unfortunate after already paying $8000 into the vehicle.

They gave excellent service from start to finish. I had a lot of questions before we finished the deal while we were still only in contact online and they were quick to respond and also patient with me. When we finally met in person for me to pick up the vehicle I was greeted with the same patience and answers. They made the process easy and seamless. Thanks!

I’ll be honest I was really skeptical about this at first, but after talking and getting more info I felt more at ease. So I made the decision to purchase a Toyota Avalon, I just paid a small fee signed and got my keys. Car was as described and pictured. Runs amazing and I couldn’t be happier! Definitely recommend!
