BeerTap - Drinks With Friends

Published by: BeerTap

Description

Come join us on BeerTap where you can find out where your friends are going out for the night, which bar or venue has the best drink specials and most importantly, send friends and others drinks they can redeem and enjoy in a variety of ways all on the app! BeerTap wants to bring mobile payments to the bar creating a fast and friendly way to get your next drink.
Buying your friends next drink has never been easier and can be done with a swipe of a finger or the touch of a button.
Sign up on BeerTap and create a profile that your friends and other BeerTap users will be able to see. Check into a participating bar on the app when you arrive and instantly have the ability to send anyone else checked into the bar a drink! Swipe up, add a message, and buy them a drink that will also create a chat.
Don’t worry if you accidentally swipe up, all transactions must be approved after a Drink is accepted. And additionally, if you do accept the drink, that user won’t be able to send you any more messages in the chat unless you respond.
To redeem your next drink with BeerTap, simply swipe down to see the drinks you have to redeem. Present your phone to the bartender who will enter in the bar’s unique pin code to confirm the transaction and present you your drinks - easy as that! No credit cards exchanged, no bills to sign, no hassles for you.
Users can create groups of friends checked in to the same bar as them, and a group chat is created for everyone to keep track of the night and always be in contact.
BeerTap offers you the first group chat that lets you enjoy a drink with your friends with the tap of a button. You can send a drink to each group member for them to redeem on their own, or let BeerTap decide who buys the next round! Group members can accept the request and upon the user who requested the random round tap, a bottle will spin and a winner (or loser depending on how you look at it) will be chosen!
Sometimes, you’d like to leave what happened at the bar the night before at the bar for good. We understand, that’s why every chat and group created in a night will be deleted after the bar closes for the night. So if you’re having more than a few drinks with someone you met on BeerTap, be sure to write those 10 digits on a napkin or however they do it in the movies.
Last but not least, we know there are times when you just can’t make it out. But don’t worry, if you’re feeling bad about yourself for letting your friends down for not being out with them, you’ll still be able to send them a drink if they’re checked into a bar! Just scroll your friends list and start sending any of your friends drinks from your couch, beach chair, or from 30,000 feet above.
BeerTap always encourages users to drink responsibly, and if you have a bar or venue that you’d like to be on BeerTap, contact us!
