The app keep logging me out like almost 1 week before I can login again and after that I’m off again

Many things to improve (2.5 stars)

This app is quite good, you can meet people from different countries, in particular US. The positive thing is that you can see who swipes right your profile and wants to match you, in many other dating apps, even the most popular, you have to pay for this. After the match you can conversate with these people without limits. There is also a section called “HMU” that is like a “general home” where people can just ask to contact them. But there are a lot of things that should be improved. 1)It’s full of bugs. Sometimes you click somewhere and the app store or random pages open automatically. They need to be fixed, it’s full for real. It’s also very slow, so you need a lot of time to send texts, the most of the times the app suddenly crashes and you have to wait to keep writing. It’s completely useless trying to send an audio because it basically stops working. And even when you don’t log out, sometimes you have to log in again for no reason. 2) I can’t understand why you have a limited number of gems. When you finish them, you can’t anymore swipe right user’s profiles. It’s probably made to induce you buying them and spending moneys, but this is a dating app, the basic functions should always be granted. There are some ways you can get gems for free anyway, as watching some video ads. But this thing should be eliminated. 3) This point is very important to guarantee a positive experience: you should give the possibility to open the pics and see them in a bigger format. It’s unreal there’s no way to view properly a pic on an app. The most of them are even covered by the bio, because you let writings fill part of the space on the photos. So the most of the times between writings and small dimensions, you can’t see people’s faces and have to guess randomly if you could like them or not. 4) When you block a person, you don’t have the possibility to unlock them anymore if you rethink about that, because the chat with them disappear. It would be so simple to add this function. And if you unmatch someone, the conversation with them disappear in your chat but stays in theirs. This thing has no sense and must be changed. 5) You can’t disable the localization, and I can’t understand why I should be forced to let it active while I use the app. If you specify the country you’re from and your location is tracked at the beginning, it’s not useful anymore. So you have to add the possibility to turn it on or off from the settings and let users use the app anyway.
