Prenatal Workout Subscription Details:
You'll be given the choice between the Monthly Membership for USD $4.99 per month or the 6-month or Annual Membership. Price may vary by location. Choose a plan before you start your 7-day free trial. If you enjoy your Beginner's Workout 7-day trial, do nothing and your chosen membership plan will automatically continue. You can easily cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Prices may vary slightly based on your local currency.

Apple Subscription Terms:
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Just started but I think this will work for me. It’s a good place to start since I have been pretty much inactive. I like the characterized figure and no music. That way, there is no judgement about either...just me and the exercise.

Great beginner workout

I’m unfit and overweight so looking for a work out gently at home (away from the gym-skinnys) First things first the app should tell you what you need, find myself scrambling to find a chair the right height and a quick preview of each exercise is great but a run they before hand would help so you know what you’re getting into!! You need a chair where your feet can sit flat on the floor, with no arms so you can swing your arms about like a windmill. You also need a wall for wall sits and push ups Also an opportunity to adjust the exercises to avoid one area, I have a dodgy knee so those lunges are not happening! Overall a great free app, good starter, I didn’t feel unable to do any of it (except the lunges) and I’m over 200lbs. Would consider paid version if I find I can stick to it but this is much better than a half hour cardio and I was out of breath with a raised heartbeat afterwards which means it’s working, right?
