This app crashes a lot!

The application works properly for a while. then it crashes. Also, in the FAQ it says that it could be streamed on apple TV while it does not work. Customer service says that it does not work on apple TV which is different than what it is written in FAQ section in beIN’s website. The computer experience is even worse. The player opens for 5 seconds then closes and open again. We cannot depend on beIN connect for the big matches. It is very disappointing that beIN cannot make this app better.

Its not fair that i have a subscription and i cant access my account from countries outside mena region

This app is not compatible with the latest ios update. Channels are not loading not even the free news channel. Always “request timed out” tried to reach the support several times with no help. They always asked to reinstall the app. This issue is on all my iOS and iPad devices.

Worst app ever . I’m from Bahrain I can login into my account and I keep on pressing forgot password and they are suppose to send me an email but I never receive the email. And there are always problem facing this tv and the Bien connect its horrible .

You can’t found the app in LG store !!! Pure service from Bein!!

I am subscriber since 3 years and still i am facing the same issue that is the app keeps logging me out while watching a match and make you loose your patience. Enough is enough, if they don’t find a solution for my issue then I will not subscribe anymore.
