I subscribe to BeInSports only to find out not available in my country Being Thailand. Any suggestions

Truly infuriating process trying to stream the Australian Open tennis. Selecting the desired match in the TV Guide then prompts me to download a different app (MENA one). That app then says not entitled to access the content in the country I’m in (Singapore). All this having followed the prompts to subscribe in a Google ad where everything was quoted in Singapore dollars. WhatsApp customer service is completely automated and every path just tells you to login on a desktop or laptop… Can’t wait to see the challenges involved in getting a refund.

I have a subscription via Vodafone egypt which beIN connect does not seem to recognize! Contacted Vodafone and they said subscription active and to contact BeIN. Impossible to contact beIN ! You go around in a circle! Contacted via WhatsApp, Useless! Tried to call Egypt CNE but also useless! Even ready to pay again for a subscription that will work but no way to do this! All I get is this channel is not available in your subscription! If I try subscribe, it takes me to beIN not beIN connect. A most frustrating experience ever!

When it comes to English football beIN is one of the best. What I don’t understand is why are u so poor at other major international sports? You don’t show any golf majors, any F1, any major cricket, the list goes on. Yet u show handball, basketball etc. Minor sports that nobody is interested in. U are missing out on being a major sports provider. Sky sports and super sports are much better sports providers than u. And lastly why do u persist with keys and gray? They were poor 20 years ago when they were in sky sports and they haven’t got any better. They complain endlessly about VAR which gets really boring. And even tonite Keys said englands clocks go back. I’m sure he meant the uk but it is typical of the English not having consideration for the rest of the uk. Rant over. U have much better people in beIN than those two. Nigel de jong is prime example. I enjoy listening to him
