Bring back video ads
In the last 6+ weeks, you have stopped adding video ads for players to increase opportunities needed to make progress in the game. The bulk of users of any app loathes having to sit through video ads but, given that it is the one way of improving scores, with added coins, daily spins, specials of rare gems, etc, without the opportunity of increasing these with by videos being the only way of achieving these, can you please revert back to allowing players to watch video ads? The whole purpose of any game is the fun and the challenge involved in achieving higher scores and improving one’s strategy. I don’t believe you can be financially stable to avoid having support from any sponsored apps. It is a preference made by players to watch ads - players either play to win and enjoy having more opportunities to do so, or merely play without any pleasure in making good progress (the latter probably excel by purchasing the relevant opportunities).

The latest update to Bejeweled Blitz has totally frozen the game on my iPad and I am reluctant to replace in case I lose the more than 3 million points I have earned.
What is PopCap doing about this - I'm sure others must be experiencing the same problem?

Crashing disaster
After an upgrade the app crashed. I deleted it and reloaded again. My whole history was lost. I can handle the daft reset every Tuesday. I can not accept that my total history was lost due to a software failure from your side. Most definitely extremely daft.
